Kelly’s multi-million dollar company, Unstoppable Entrepreneur, is the fastest growing coaching program on the market, and the first of its kind. Her accountability driven approach has been responsible for hundreds of clients finding financial freedom through entrepreneurship. Kelly is also the creator of the Live Launch Method, a simplicity meets strategy approach to making millions online through launches that consistently generate 6-figure results.
FWM: You spent years in corporate America. How did it set the stage to being one of the most successful Business Strategists?
Unlike most entrepreneurs, I built my wealth at a Fortune 500. I was promoted 7 times over 8 years and was named the youngest senior VP in the company. I built and led record-breaking teams in 17 locations around the US, during the recession of 2008.
As I was climbing the corporate ladder, I realized that I was making millions of dollars, working 60+ hours a week, for OTHER people. When I thought about what I wanted for my future, I knew that the freedom, the flexibility, the ability to put my family first was going to come from me taking my career into my own hands.
So I started my business on the side, while continuing to work my corporate job, and did that for two years before quitting. By working hard, taking imperfect action, and committing to playing the long game, I was able to grow what is now a multimillion-dollar business coaching company with over hundreds of clients across the globe.
FWM: How are you transforming overworked entrepreneurs into seven-figure CEOs?

We have helped COUNTLESS clients go from 6 to 7 figures and create true entrepreneurial freedom for themselves and their families.
Kimberly Olsen of the Goal Digger Girl went from charging a couple hundred dollars for a three-month coaching program to having an almost $250,000 launch.
And, instead of having to produce new stuff every month and constantly scrambling to make enough money just to get by, she was able to create recurring revenue in her business and be there for her people 100% of the time.
Baeth Davis of Your Purpose was on the verge of quitting her business when she joined UE. She was struggling to make things work, tired of using traditional launch strategies that didn’t work, and ready to experience a true breakthrough in her business.

FWM: How has the pandemic changed your vision?
I am so glad that I was able to go through this experience of leading and growing my organization through the pandemic. It really shows that every time you experience anything in life, if you focus on extracting the learning, you become so much more powerful and capable.
I know for sure that I am 1000 times more capable as a CEO because of what we went through last year.
So going forward, I really want to challenge people to look at what they are going through and ask themselves, how is this experience positioning me to be able to go further, faster in the future?
When you can get to a point where you’re feeling the pain of experiencing hardship, but at the same time you’re processing what you’re learning and how you’re growing because of it, that is a HUGE evolution for you as a human being, as a leader, as a CEO.

Despite coming into entrepreneurship with a lot of business acumen, I experienced failed launch after failed launch. I followed the product launch formula, did webinars to create conversions, and tried every method that was out there.
What I discovered was that the automated approach wasn’t working for the average entrepreneur, and it certainly didn’t work for me. I needed to connect with people in a meaningful way and be myself.

FWM: What are you looking forward to in 2021?
I’m looking forward to doing more philanthropic work, so I can leave a legacy that goes far beyond making lots of money. In 2019, I moved my coaching company to a 1:1 giving model. For every new member who joins our 12-month business incubator, we make a donation to The Human Family Foundation.
The foundation funds a variety of different philanthropic causes, but our most recent focus was on providing clean drinking water in the Chikwawa District of Malawi Africa.
In partnership with charity: water, we were able to fully fund the building of a well in this small farming town in Malawi, one of the most densely populated, yet under-developed countries in Africa.
That means, because of the growth we’ve seen as a company, young women are able to go to school instead of walking miles to fetch water everyday, and fewer children are dying due to diseases caused by dirty water.
Through this project, we have been able to make a dent in the statistics and provide this village with the life giving water they need to fully prosper.
