FWM:: Nahla, Why are clients coming to Navila Medi Spa today?
We have built a strong reputation and relationship to our clients. Each client is unique that is why we offer a personalized approach to each one of them. The only thing common to everyone, we treat them as if they are our long-lost friend or our bestfriend. We are open to tell them which treatment is better for them. It is like giving a friendly advice to your best friend. Since we have established trust with them, they listen to what we say .We value our relationship with our clients that is why we make sure that they are happy, comfortable, and well-taken care once they entered our clinic and beyond.
FWM: Tell us about the Hydrafacial.
We take pride in all our skin treatment and services.
Our Navila Signature Hydrafacial uses a patented treatment device that execute the exfoliation, cleansing, extraction and hydration processes to the face. This treatment also includes a light therapy and skin tightening treatment.
FWM: What are the trends? Any Specials for the Summer?
Every summer, there is always a surge on demand on our laser hair removal and skin tightening treatments. Our clinic is always open to help our friends achieve those summer-ready face and body. Last July, we had our promo of our select treatments.
FWM: Share your favorite offerings.
I consider myself as a geek when it comes to skin tightening treatments such as Ultherapy and Radio Frequency Microneedling as these greatly combat the signs of aging.
Kristine, How are you helping clients with personalized treatments and procedures?
I always make sure that all of our clients receive a personalized treatment and procedure. I know that every person is unique and needs a personalized and customized treatment according to their skin needs. I make sure that I listen very attentively to everything that the clients say during consultation especially their goals and skin concerns. I try to go deeper by checking if they are preparing for an event such as a wedding. This makes me work on timelines to achieve their goals. We tailor-fit or plan according to our client’s calendar. I listen and assess the client while establishing my relationship with them, earning their trust. Most of the time, my relationship with my clients goes beyond into friendship making things easier and providing a more personalized treatment.
FWM: What do you enjoy the most?
Everything! I enjoy all aspect in this business. I enjoy all the moments: from the client consultations, to the actual skin treatment procedure. It is fulfilling on my part to see people achieve their beauty goals and be more confident. There is no single regret that I entered this industry.
FWM: Do you have any favorite treatments for the Summer?
My favorite treatments whenever summer arrives are laser hair removal and Hydrafacial. These treatments offer treatment that makes clients more confident with their face, skin, and body while enjoying every bit of summer.
FWM: Can you share a few client stories?
I have so many client stories that are close to my heart and those are my fuel to elevate my craft.
I once met a young teenager wearing a mask with her mother. Her teary-eyed mother asked me to help her daughter with her skin problem as she no longer wants to remove her mask and show her face. I was affected because I also once had my battle with skin acne. Through God’s help and my experience in the industry, we were able to help her. She was able to conquer her acne problem and boosted her self-esteem. Fast forward to the present, she now has her own Instagram account.
This client story is so close to my heart that I was able to develop a deep relationship with them. Stories like this motivates me to touch more lives.
