FWM: Erica, I’m so honored to interview you! Please introduce yourself to our readers.
ED: My name is Erica Dias, I am a sister, auntie, friend, entrepreneur, and author. I am an extremely driven, passionate woman who will always choose Faith Over Fear.
FWM: What was the inspiration behind Erica’s Table of 20?
ED: My late grandmother; Helen Dias, used to host amazing dinner parties with amazing food, laughter, cocktails, good energy and more. When I moved to the Atlanta, I missed having a seat at my grandma’s table, and the tables that I was being invited to weren’t giving me the right vibe, so I decided to create my own seat at the table and channel my grandmother’s energy and Erica’s Table of 20 was born.
FWM: How have your businesses made an impact on the lives of women today?
ED: I love seeing women winning and I am always trying to do my best to hire women, to create opportunities for us and to lead by example. The impact that I have had on women, I feel would be their story to really share. I have seen the impact, heard it when women tell me how I have helped them and honestly I’m always still blown away from what they tell me. Honestly I am just a vessel and God is just using me.
FWM: .As a woman with multiple businesses, what is one piece of advice you wish to share with up and coming entrepreneurs?
ED: Start by starting. Come to God in secret and He will make it happen for you, and FAITH IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT.
FWM: I LOVE vintage clothes! Please share with us which eras are represented by your company Vintage And More 101.
ED: The 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. The “more” in Vintage And More 101 are new items that are a limited count of new, fly, and different accessories
