| FWM: Who is Diane and what is your superpower? I always say I am still becoming the woman I am meant to be. And it’s such a good thing. To know that there’s always time for change, always room for growth. No need to look back with regret. Just keep becoming. My superpower is courage, wrapped in faith. I feel fear, I’m just like everyone else, and then I go ahead despite the fear. I go on knowing I am not alone. I step out in faith, I leave fear behind and I don’t look back. FWM: How can women who want to do what you do gain access and support? Just show up! Seriously, just show up. Join groups that interest you, learn something new, volunteer in the community doing what you love, attend an event that inspires you, connect with people online and in-person. My favorite places for business and learning are LinkedIn and eWomenNetwork. I belong to several social media groups that align with my interests outside of business, and I volunteer throughout the world, providing medical care as needs arise. Showing up keeps me connected to others, connected to hope. I welcome you to connect with me both personally and professionally. FWM: You’re a serious BOSS! Tell us, what are you working on and what’s next for you? I continue to challenge the narrative, influence social media’s messaging, and amplify women’s voices & visibility through my writing and events. I write poetry that empowers connection and I curate & publish interviews about women for Celebrating Women LLC, a platform created to recognize and celebrate women as role models. My next adventure is publishing the Celebrating Women e-magazine and the Celebrating Women book, also a 2021 Celebrating Women planner/journal (the 2020 edition sold out!) which includes inspirational quotes from women I have interviewed, multiplying opportunities for influence and celebration.
