FWM: Who is Nykole and what is your superpower?
WOW, I’m a woman, here living her life the best way she can while ensuring I help as many people along the way achieve their goals. My superpower is that I am me and there is no one else like me who also harnesses the ability to listen, be patient, take heed and then help ensure anyone that wants to begin building a legacy through real estate can do just that.
Often times as people begin to garner various form of success they may forget their humble beginnings. Well not me, I’m determined to give back by reaching back, grabbing someone’s out stretched hand and pulling them along with me as we begin to evoke real change that positively impacts the lives of others. Real estate is my platform to do that.
FWM: How can women who want to do what you do gain access and support?
I’m always open to helping anyone that is willing to receive the help. Just email, call or text and make sure you’re following me on social media platforms and are willing to work work. It’s not easy doing things that I do to live the life I live.
FWM: You’re a serious BOSS! Tell us, what are you working on and what’s next for you?
Well, I definitely don’t consider myself a “BOSS”. I’m just a humbled woman, blessed with God’s favor, out here making it happen and helping others to do the same. As for what’s next??? Besides a glass of wine, lol, everything is next. I’m single, no children and full of ambition. There is nothing holding me back. God is about to give me the desires of my heart. I have dreams, …and aspirations too.
I mean I’m still working on my second book “Success Leaves Clues…Stories, Tips and Trades Learned on The Road to Success” but more importantly, I have aligned myself with some powerhouse individuals to bring about and do…well…I will just stop right there as I do not want to ruin the great things that about to happen next. It’s going to be too much! I will however leave you with this quote…”You don’t have to be great to start, but you do have to start in order to be great.” Let’s get started together and be great together! About Nykole
Nykole received her bachelor’s degree in 2000 and her Master of Public Administration degree in 2003, both from the North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. Over the years, she held various positions in the public relations arena. As a public relations professional, customer care and service rank at the top of the list when it comes to what is important. Her passion for serving and helping others brings joy to her life.
In 2011 she joined a real estate firm as a part-time office assistant. A couple of years later, it happened. She attended a conference and heard Robert Kiyosawki speak. While Kiyosawki was on stage he spoke about the 4 wealth quadrants and how real estate was one of them.
Nykole, then made the decision to get her real estate license, come from behind the desk and begin walking in her passion. Fast forward five years and she was no longer the part-time office assistant. She was a top-producing agent with a company, making moves and excelling beyond belief.
With God at the forefront of everything Nykole does, she listened when God said it was time to move. Backed with the knowledge and training acquired over the last eight years, Nykole stepped out on faith in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic and started her own real estate company and has a growing team.
Each year Nykole strives to do better, and be better, while constantly seeking growth and enlightenment. Along the way she has garnered a few accolades. Some of her proudest are becoming a published author, receiving the 40 Under 40 Award in 2018 from her Alma Mater, being published in Top Agent Magazine as a “Rising Star” in 2018, being featured in Feature Agent Magazine in Spring of 2019 and most recently making America’s Top 100 Agents in May of 2020!
