FWM: Who is Vee and what is your superpower?
Vee Escarment is a woman of God, entrepreneur, real estate developer, speaker, educator, actress, and singer. I am ambitious, humble, tenacious, determined, hard working, talented, creative, and a visionary. My superpower is empowering individuals through financial literacy and changing lives by helping individuals build generational wealth through homeownership and investments. I am creating affordable housing and helping others achieve the American Dream. Leave a Legacy!
FWM: How can women who want to do what you do gain access and support?
Seek God for wisdom. Write the vision and make it plain. Success has to be specific and intentional. Establish a plan of execution on how you are going to get there. Set a timeline to reach your goal. If you are persistent, you will get it! If you are consistent, you will keep it! Your new life is going to cost you your old one. Invest in yourself! Take courses, webinars, and seminars in the industry you desire to be successful in. Read books to obtain information. Applied knowledge is the key to the next level. Wealth is first created in the mind. Once you change your mindset your life will change. Get a mentor in the industry you want to be successful in. You can follow me on social media platforms. FWM: You’re a serious BOSS! Tell us, what are you working on and what’s next for you?
I will be launching the CHAMPION mentorship program, eBooks, online course, and working on affordable housing projects. My words of encouragement to the women reading this is, “You don’t worry about fitting in when you’re custom made. Your life has purpose. Your story is important. Your dreams count. Your voice matters. You were born to make an impact! Your potential is limitless! Dream BIG! You’re about to birth something amazing!”

Vee Escarment is the President and CEO of Generational Wealth through Homeownership Inc. and Generational Wealth through Real Estate LLC. She is a Native of Miami and a graduate of Barry University. She is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), Women’s Council of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Professional Organization of Women of Excellence Recognized (P.O.W.E.R.), Community Reinvestment Alliance of South Florida (CRASF), Haitian American Chamber of Commerce of Florida (HACCOF), National Notary Association, and Screen Actors Guild American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA).
She is an Actress and Singer. She has been featured in The Professional Organization of Women of Excellence Recognized (P.O.W.E.R.) magazine. Vee serves on the Board of Directors for the South Florida Board of Realtists Foundation. She recently has been named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council. She has her NCHEC Certifications in Homeownership Counseling and Pre-purchase Homeownership Education. Vee adopts the National Industry Standards and can be trusted to provide consistent high quality information.
She has 7 years of experience and she has received various educational and housing industry credentials. She has her Notary License through the State of Florida. Ms. Escarment has had the privilege to work for several of the top nonprofit organizations in the Housing Industry here in South Florida. Vee has worked for the Urban League of Broward County, Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida, and NID Housing Counseling Agency. She has been able to help hundreds of clients become First Time Home Buyers.
Ms. Escarment has dedicated the last 7 years assisting the low to moderate income communities in becoming knowledgeable so that they can take necessary steps toward building generational wealth through financial literacy and homeownership. She teaches courses and webinars on financial literacy, budgeting, credit, money management, and wealth strategies. In February of this year, she launched her development company and its focus is to build affordable housing.
Her purpose for the businesses she has created is to change lives and empower communities’ one person at a time. As a homeowner she finds great pride in helping others achieve the American Dream and build generational wealth! Leave a Legacy!
