BB: I’m Brandy Byers; a Realtor (buyer/seller agent) at Costello Real Estate and Investments located in Charlotte, NC. Privileged to be a proud mother of two, one son and one daughter. My youngest child (my daughter) has Autism, she empowers her Mommy through her strength, perseverance and loving heart. My children are my WHY,(W)what can I do to impact families become homeowners? (H) How can I make their home buying or home selling experience Amazing? (Y) You have to be passionate in all you do, never leave anything on the table(meaning: My Energy)
Meet Brandy Byers
NH: Why did you become a Realtor?
BB: One of my closest friends was a successful Real Estate Investor, so I attended several Real Estate Seminars which sparked my inner desires to move NOW. Being a Realtor is a great career for me, being that I was a domestic wife with a passion for decorating. Most of all I love helping people, so helping them find their dream home was perfect! To top it off, I have the flexibility to create my own work, life balance. This is a personal necessity, for my career has to accommodate my mothering and family.
NH: What is your superpower?
BB: My spiritual beliefs… Which allows me to influence others while proactively walking in my faith. Scripture: James 2:14(NKJV) What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works?
NH: What tools have you put in place to help women?
BB: I have created a Women Motivational Affirmations to encourage them to reach their goals without adhering to distractions. I have a Semi -Annual Motivational Workshop for families to get on track to homeownership and investments. Because your home is the biggest investment you can make, so let’s be prepared for this amazing milestone!
