Hanieh Sigari immigrated to the US from Iran when she was only 6 years old and comes from a long line of Iranian women who have defied gender norms and achieved success. Hanieh is the founder of Qyral , a skincare company that customizes products for the individual user. Through her company, she hopes to empower women to be successful, setting a goal of helping 1000 women become millionaires.
Qyral empowers women by allowing them to be a part of a business that takes a traditionally female-dominated interest and customizes the products for individual skin types. A ten-minute skin assessment allows the company to determine formulations. Qyral has recently partnered with dermatologists to allow people with minor skincare concerns a quick and convenient telederm experience. Customers pay a low annual fee to get access to a dermatologist who can prescribe products to help with acne, aging, psoriasis, and rosacea.
Although on the surface, Qyral is a skincare company, the ultimate mission is to focus on longevity. Founder Hanieh Sigari is a biochemist who has been obsessed with longevity since she was a little girl. As a young Iranian immigrant she befriended the elderly people in her apartment complex. As her friends got older and started dying, she wanted to figure out ways to help them avoid age related diseases that made them suffer. This put her on a path as an entrepreneur. As Qyral evolves, the products will become more centered around wellness, but will still continue to keep the individual’s needs front and center.
FWM: Share your background and what led you to launch Qyral.
I came to the U.S. as a child from Iran. My mother was a social worker in Tehran who worked with war widows, teaching them new skills so they could live independently. She’s my hero and biggest inspiration. As a new immigrant, the first friends I made in America weren’t the children in my school, but the elderly people who lived in my building. They accepted me despite my strange accent and funny clothes. Losing many of my friends to old age before I reached high school had a profound effect on me. I wanted to help people to live longer and age better, and also provide a vehicle for as many women as possible to gain financial independence. Qyral is a culmination of both ambitions. My dream is to lift others with me as we help our customers to “Age Well with Confidence.”
FWM: Tell us about the ingredients and the benefits.
Qyral is a revolutionary line of skincare products that are custom-made for each individual. We work with board-certified dermatologists to assess every customer’s skin. They prescribe the most effective ingredients to treat their skincare concerns, and then we formulate a range of biocompatible products for that customer. All our ingredients are scientifically backed and rigorously tested. We also use the very latest in skincare science, such as BioPlacenta and PhytoVie, to deliver benefits you just can’t find on the high street. FWM: How does Cellular Turnover Work and How Does Qyral’s Product Work?
Cellular turnover is the natural process of shedding and renewing your cells. Our skin is made of layers and layers of cells that are constantly replenishing. The faster they turnover, the younger and fresher our skin looks. But as we age, the cellular turnover cycle slows down, leading to old, tired looking skin. Qyral products work at a cellular level to accelerate this cycle. We do this through providing key nutrients that cells need — including cutting-edge peptides that are molecularly identical to human growth factors. FWM: Share your philosophy behind your brand.
I’m committed to helping support and uplift as many women as I can and give them a viable path to financial independence. My goal with Qyral is to create 1,000 millionaires. As an experienced business owner, I believe strongly that entrepreneurship provides the greatest opportunity for the highest number of people, and I wanted to facilitate that. Direct selling has been around since the 1930s for a reason. Forget the recent bad press and stories of consultants selling inventory to each other. Qyral’s products are all personalized, so our agents can’t carry an inventory even if they want to! I’ve worked with some of the best and brightest sales minds to create a training program that teaches ordinary people how to do extraordinary things. It’s not magic — it’s hard work! — but it’s also a sequential, duplicable system that anyone can learn, and it gets results.
FWM: Can we design our own formula?
Each customer fills out a brief skin assessment quiz. This tells us what your skin is like and what your top skincare concerns are. We then put our customers in touch with a board-certified dermatologist to review the quiz and discuss their needs. This way, our customers get a chance to tailor their formulation based on their top skincare concerns. They also get ongoing access to their dermatologist for the next year, so they can always request a reformulation if their product isn’t producing the results they expect.
FWM: How is Qyral changing the world’s view on aging?
I’ve watched too many late-night infomercials that promised to “stop aging in its tracks!” or “reverse aging overnight.” I’ve even believed a few of them, only to find myself disappointed over and over again. The truth — and we all know it — is that aging is inevitable. But it doesn’t have to mean becoming trapped in a failing body. I want more people to age well, with confidence. It’s why it’s our slogan at Qyral. By taking care of our bodies at a cellular level, we can all remain fitter and healthier for longer.
FWM: Share your vision for 2023.
My vision is simple: to empower average people with above-average expectations of life to achieve financial independence and real personal freedom. As a child immigrant who went on to found three incredibly successful companies, I feel like I know something of the American dream. I also know how hard it is to realize that dream, especially at the beginning. I want to give as many people as possible a path to real entrepreneurship and success. That’s why I’ve designed a business that offers training in how to build and grow a legitimate direct selling network, and created a range of groundbreaking products that are scientifically proven to keep their promises.
