FWM: Who is Takisha and what is your superpower?
Takisha is a woman with determination and grit who puts forth her best efforts in accomplishing any goal. My superpower is being genuine. Everything I do comes from a true place of love and support.
FWM: What has been the greatest challenge in your industry and how have you overcome it?
The challenge as a business owner is making your business stand out. What makes my boutique different from everyone else’s. I overcame it by selling myself. People want to buy from someone they trust or someone they see winning.
FWM: You’re a serious BOSS! Tell us, what are you working on and what’s next for you?
I am currently working on my second book detailing what it’s like to be in a relationship with an Alpha male. What’s next for me is to continue to grow my company. Eventually I would like to only focus on my boutique and my writing.

I am a 42 year old mom of 1 daughter. I have a book that will be released soon that talks about how I co-parent with my ex-husband. I own a business called the Takisha Yvette Collection. My business is an online boutique specializing in socks, hosiery, leggings, lingerie and swimwear. I work full-time for a hospital in Raleigh, NC as well. My next venture is to take my books and use them for speaking engagements and coaching.
