FWM: Who is Andrena and what is your superpower?
I am a vessel who is purposeful, passionate, high-spirit, compassionate, full of life, love and laughter called with a purpose greater than me or I can imagine showing up in my most authentic womanly self. I just like others have overcome oppositions and obstacles to now walk victoriously with a winning attitude knowing if you “Do The Work,” you will win everytime.
My superpower is serving in the lane I was called to empower, inspire and motivate others to live in their greatness with no apologies. People need a reminder and I am the interruption to help them understand greatness is within you now it’s time to live it out.
FWM: What has been the greatest challenge in your industry and how have you overcome it?
In the industry of coaching and motivation not every platform is aligned with authenticity and the genuineness to really serve the people by giving quality service. Because of this type of behavior many people are weary of the coaching and motivational industry. They think it’s a money hungry platform that doesn’t have substances and it can’t be trusted. In order to get others to believe you have to give them a reason. I strive to show up relatable, transparent and genuine in letting people know there are people who have the heart to see you win and this industry is purposeful,powerful, impactful and life-changing.
FWM: You’re a serious BOSS! Tell us, what are you working on and what’s next for you?
The moves I am making are exciting and I am here for it. Launched several online coaching programs, and started my nonprofit called The Single Mothers Journey. In addition, workshops for professional/personal development, more speaking engagements on the rise and publishing my next book. I look forward to making a positive, powerful impact across the world.
